Field Service Engineer / Technician: Machinery division

We are looking for a Field Service Engineer / Technician.

About the role:

*Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following

  • Work independently for daily service activities not only in Turkey, also international.
  • Service activities will be Supervising, Assisting and/or  performing service activities such as in below;
    • Factory Acceptance Test,
    • Site Acceptance Test
    • Installation & startup,
    • Periodic maintenance and customer’s training
    • Execution of  Installation Qualification and Operational Qualification activities,
    • Calibration, etc;
  • Be responsible for customer’s calls, ticketing system, technical support and problem solving.
  • Using ticket system to handle the communication both with principles and customers
  • Regular customer visits to make surveys, define the demands and look for spare part and service business opportunity during service trip;
  • Working closely with sales team & project team to ensure the customer satisfaction
  • Provide detailed technical feedback and report to project management and to sales team according to customer’s feedback;
  • Works closely with project team to full fill customer’s needs during service activities.
  • On-time replies and reporting following work orders,
  • Preparing weekly and monthly activity reports.


  • Technical High School graduation or University degree in Engineering (Mechanical – Electric&Electronic)
  • Both in speaking & writing, good command of Turkish and English
  • General computer skills (word , Excel, Power Point, etc.)
  • B class Driving License
  • Able to travel frequently, domestic and international   
  • No military obligation for male employees


  • Know-how in pneumatic, mechanic, electric and electronic, PLC logic.
  • Experience of machinery for pharmaceutical and food industry will be a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skill, good teamwork spirit, self-motive, goal-oriented and energetic.
  • High ability to work in teams
  • Analytical approach to problem solving capability, ownership, never give-up attitude
  • Customer focused approach and able to create customer centric solutions
  • Ability to plan & assign prioritization to work more efficient


  • Perform necessary actions with principles and respond to customer with a sense of urgency when received a request from customer directly.
  • To be Supportive and problem solving approach in customer communication while securing the rights of our principles.
  • Respond customer request urgently and making customer to have a feeling that great care and focus is given.
  • Sharing information and raising red flags to be proactive
